This guide covers:
Sharing a Form to a Group
You can share forms with other users, or use forms created by other users by sharing them in the same way reflections are shared.
Select the form you'd like to share, click Options and then Share. Then select the group you wish to share with.
You will then see a success message confirming the share.
Anyone who is part of that group will then be able to find the form under Forms on the Resources section. The form can then be cloned via the Clone button.
Alternatively, you can see forms that have been shared to groups you are a member of under the Shared Forms tab.
Editing a Form
When another user comments on a form that you have added to a reflection then that form will no longer be available for editing; the edit button will be greyed out.
Instead, you can clone the reflection. This will create a copy of the form in your forms library with the suffix (clone). You will then have the ability to make the changes to the new form and attach it to a reflection.
Cloning a Form
Cloned forms will be given the same title as the original but with (clone) after it. Once cloned you can do all the standard actions such as edit. share, use or delete.
From a Group
You can clone a form to your account from a group. This is useful if you wish to use the form on your own reflections or want to edit the form.
Go to Groups and open the Group with the form you want to clone.
Then, click on the Forms options on the left-hand side of the group, under the Resources section.
The available Forms will then show. By clicking the Clone to My Forms button a copy of the Form will be added to your Forms library.
In 'My Forms'
Click the 'Clone button on any of your own forms. This will make a copy of the Form within your My Forms library. This is useful if you want to edit the form whilst retaining the original. It is also useful if you have added responses to a form as you are not able to edit used forms.
From 'Shared Forms'
Click the 'Clone button on any forms in the Shared Forms list. This will make a copy of the Form within your My Forms library.
