Whilst the use of anonymisation feature within the IRIS Connect platform might be a way around needing policies and agreements as the data can be depersonalised, as there can be personal data shared also through the audio in the video, and the associated text comments it is better to ensure there are robust privacy policies or data agreements/addendums in place.
