What is a Guide?
A Guide helps you focus on a specific technique or area of your practice that you’d like to develop. Guides can be used independently or as part of a Pathway. While IRIS Connect offers a library of ready-made Guide templates, you can also create a Guide from scratch to focus on an area that’s specific to your individual needs and goals.
Authoring a Guide
The ability to author a Guide is restricted. If you are interested in this ability, you can request access here.
If you have be granted access, you will find Guide creation through your Authoring tab. Click on the Guides button.
You'll be directed to the Authoring Guide page. Here, you will view any previous Guides that have been Authored. To create a new one, click the + New button.

Containers work like sections, letting you group related content together and style it with coloured backgrounds, borders, and more. They can also be nested to create more complex layouts. You can also add containers to or around existing components.
Interactions - Interactive components such as content grids (tiles that open and close), dropdown menus, pop-ups (modals) or tabs.
Resources - Content you would like to add to your page, such as a Reflection or Image. Some of these may have been pre-shared/created.
Resources
If you'd like to add a Reflection to your Guides main title page alongside the description, you can do so here. This Reflection added will show at the top of the Guide when viewed.
If you'd prefer them on a Page, add via Page Editing instead.
If you'd like to add Files or Images to your Guide, you can do so via the Attachments section. Images added when editing your Page will appear here as well.
