Installing the Platform App
Install App Via QR Code
Android
On your mobile device open the Play Store app and search for IRIS Connect Platform or click this link from your device.
(Requires Android 6 or later.)

Login Page:
Region: Ensure you've chosen your correct region. Options are: Europe, North America, Oceania and China.
Remember me: Check this box to save your login information and be automatically logged in each time the app is opened.
What the app includes:
Home Page
The platform app will closely resemble the web platform. When you first sign in, you will be presented with your Home page. Here, you'll have the usual news and notifications. To access the rest of your platform features, click the three horizontal line icon on the top right. The left side will pop out with your options such as, Reflections, Groups, Rooms, etc.
Reflections
Click the Reflections tab to view your Reflections Library. You are able to view any reflections that you have recorded or that are shared with you. Click Review to view a specific reflection. Here, you can view, comment, edit, etc. as normal.
Groups
Groups are a powerful collaborative tool - enabling you to share knowledge, experience, practice and theory with colleagues both inside your organisation, and the wider IRIS Connect community.

Rooms
Rooms is a video conferencing service, integrated as part of the IRIS Connect platform. It's a great tool for CPD and effective collaboration. Click the Rooms tab to view your Rooms. Click Start Room to begin. You will likely be directed to a Google Chrome page to participate in the Room.

iOS (Apple)
On your mobile device open the App Store app and search for IRIS Connect Platform or click this link from your device.
(Requires iOS 15.0 or later.)
Login page:
Region: Easily change between 4 regions (Europe, North America, Oceania and China).
Once you've entered your credentials, click "Login." You will receive a pop-up prompting to "keep me logged into the app." If you'd like to be automatically logged in each time, click Yes.

Help
If you require technical assistance or have a general enquiry, you can contact the support team over our live chat feature. To do this, click Help. Then click the green button at the bottom that reads "Start Support Chat." You can then type your message and start chatting. Our team is online M-F during normal business hours.
