To amend your email notification settings on your account go to Account which you can access either via the quick links on the home screen or under the drop-down menu when you click your avatar on the top right corner.
Then select Email Settings. You can use the tick boxes to set whether you want email notifications on for your account for each action.
The changes save automatically.
These notifications settings cannot be changed.
These notifications will cover: invitations to live sessions, when a user shares their reflection to you, and when someone comments on your reflection.
If you have joined or been added to any groups then you may want to configure the email notifications you receive here.
If you have created a group you will be a group administrator and receive additional email notifications such as when members have requested or joined your group and if the group has been upgraded from a local group to a community group.
