Forms

Forms are a useful feedback tool which allow you to attach questions to a reflection which observers can answer in a variety of ways. You can ask for ratings on activities that took place during a lesson, multiple choice question to suggest the correct course of action in a given scenario, count the number of times a teacher behaviour is observed, or its duration. You can also ask for descriptive feedback about behaviour and outcomes. Forms are a legacy tool but can be requested by IRIS Connect customers. Forms do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI).
