When recording, in order to capture the view you want you may find you need to extend the floor tripod to its higher levels or full height. When you do this the tripod can become unstable and if it gets knocked it may be very likely to fall.
Therefore we provide and strongly recommend that you use the velcro strap attached to the tripod (or provided inside the kit) to help secure the tripod to something stable (such as a table leg) to prevent it from falling over fully and damaging the recording device.
We are unable to cover accidental damage in our warranty, and despite all devices we provide having protective cases, a knocked over tripod is likely to fully, or significantly, break the device.
