This guide will walk you through how to filter your Reflections library to show particular Reflections. There is a number of criteria you can search by. This can be a great help as your library grows.

Access Your Reflections library
Use the navigation pane on the left of your platform page to navigate to your Reflections library.
You will see a search and filter menu on the side of your Reflection library.
You can filter by organisation, user and/or tag.
Once you click in the relevant search bar, it will show a list of the options available by which to filter your library.
Search
You can search by title, a word, or words in a comment or the details field of the reflection.
Filter by Organisation
This school is not in a network with any other schools, so only their own organisation shows up in the list. There is no need for this user to filter by organisation in this instance.
Filter by User
This filter allows you to choose reflections shared with you by a particular user.
Filter by Tags
This filter allows you to view reflections that have been assigned a particular tag. You can select from the list, or type into the bar.
Filter by Multiple Categories
In the example shown, the Reflection library will show clips shared by Sasha that have a visible tag 'outstanding-practice'.
To remove a filter, just click the 'x' to the left of the filter option.
Filter by Multiple Items
In the example shown, the Reflection library will show clips that have a visible tag 'outstanding-practice' AND a visible tag 'science'.
To remove a filter, just click the X to the left of the filter option.
