You can filter by organisation, by user and by tag.
Once you click in the relevant bar, it will show a list of the options available by which to filter your library.
Search
You can search by title, a word, or words in a comment or the details field of the reflection.
Filter by organisation
This school is not in a network with any other schools, so only their own organisation shows up in the list. There is no need for this user to filter by organisation in this instance.
Filter by user
This allows you to choose to view reflections shared with you by a particular user.
Filter by tags
This allows you to view Reflections that have been assigned a particular tag. You can select from the list, or type into the bar.
Filter by multiple categories
In the example shown, the Reflection library will show clips shared by Sasha that have a visible tag 'outstanding-practice'.
To remove a filter, just click the X to the left of the filter option.
Filter by multiple items.
In the example shown, the Reflection library will show clips that have a visible tag 'outstanding-practice' AND a visible tag 'science'.
To remove a filter, just click the X to the left of the filter option.
