If you wish to add your Apple devices from your IRIS Connect kit to an Apple device management system - Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager, these are the steps:
1. Contact IRIS Connect Support with the serial number/s of the Apple device/s that you want to enrol, as well as your Organisation's Apple ID, and which management system (Business Manager/School Manager) you wish to use.
2. IRIS Connect will then contact the device supplier and ask them to enrol the devices.
3. Once this is done we will contact you to confirm and let you know the reseller ID
