How to View Old Pathways for Trainees
To view Pathways that were created for the Trainee by other Mentors, you first need to join them as a Reviewer.
1) Navigate to the Pathways tab
2) Click Admin Metrics
3) Using the filters, look up the Pathway you'd like to access
Once found,
4) Click Review
5) Click OK when the system asks if you'd like to "Join this Pathway as a Reviewer?"
You will now have access to the Pathway and it will also appear in your Active/Completed Pathways list
How a new Mentor can view a previous Formal Report for a new trainee in preparation for completing another Formal Report
1) Follow the guide above to gain access to the Pathway
2) Look up the Formal Report Pathway
3) Click on Review (if gaining access for the first time as Reviewer) or Resume (if accessing it via the Active/Completed Pathways tab)
4) Click Assignments
5) Under Formal Report, click Open
Here you can then view the previously submitted Formal Report
How to reset the Report Completed button
In a sitauton where you need to reset the Completed button on Confirm Report Complete page (for example if you press this button by accindent but you have not yet Submited the Formal Report) you simply click the same button again and then click OK on the "Are you sure you want to mark this milestone as incomplete?" pop-up screen.
The button will be set back to Report Created state and also the percentage progress of the Report will revert back.
How to Download Completed Formal Report in a CSV format
Head to Pathways > Look up the required Formal Report pathway and access it > Select Assignments > Formal Report - Open > CSV Download button
