How to access the Programmes Admin Panel
Login to your IRIS Connect account HERE. Click on your Avatar in the top right-hand corner and select Programmes. This will lead you to the main homepage of the Programmes admin panel.
Overview of the main programmes panel
1. Organisation or Users view
Here, you can switch between viewing programme invites for the whole organisation or individual users
2. Filter pane
You can use different filters to help you look for a specific organization or user invite (for example, filtering by the Invite State, different cohorts etc.)
3. CSV User Management
Here you can download the complete list of programme invites to update/populate before sending to IRIS Connect support team
4. Side Panel
Invitations - this is the landing page of the programme interface
Programmes - here you can access more information about individual programmes (cohorts), like what programme roles are used and what their access settings are.
Invite Stats - a graph overview of the status for all the programme invites
Reports - here you can download various reports to help you track the progress of the organization invites (for example, which schools have already approved the programme invite and which ones are still pending to do so)
5. List of all Organization (or user) invites
Name - name of the organization
State - state of the individual invite
Error - any errors in the invite data
Sent Unresolved - number of programme user invites that are still pending approval by the admin for the organization
Total Invites - a total number of programme user invites for that organization
Prog Agreed - whether there is still a programme (cohort) pending to be approved by the organization admin
Unsent Users - this would show any programme user invites that have not been sent to the organization admin for approval. This would normally show after an updated CSV has been uploaded to the system with new programme user invites
Sent - date the last programme user invite was sent to the organization admin for approval
Details - more detailed information about the invite (name, URN, postcode, etc)
How to download the complete list of programme invites
Click on CSV Invite Management, then click the Download button next to "Download Organization Invite".
The document will download in a CSV format.
Once you have edited the CSV by creating new programme invites or by adjusting the existing ones, please save the file and email it to support@irisconnect.co.uk, who will check it to ensure there are no data errors and will then upload it to the system to create or edit the programme invites.
How to resend programme invite for organization where the admin has not yet approved it
Head to the main organization invite panel (Invitations tab), from the filter select Sent Unresolved and click search.
This will show you a list of all organization invites that are still waiting for the admin to approve them (they did not action on the previous programme invite email sent to them). Most of them will be in the Invited state.
Those that show the name of the organisation under the State column mean that the admin has clicked on the programme invite and completed some steps (created or matched the platform organisation). But they have not yet approved the programme and users. (Sent unresolved shows a number, and Prog Agreed says 0/1 or 1/2, etc).
You then need to select some or all organizations via the tick field under the Select column and then press the green Invite Selected button. The platform will then send an automatic email to the org admin informing them that there is a pending programme invite they need to complete.
