Uber Admin
An Uber Administrator enables an IRIS Connect administrator to manage multiple organisations with just one account directly through the IRIS Connect platform.
Copy/Transfer Reflection
This feature enables the copy and transfer of a reflection (video) from one user's account to another.
WARNING! Before you Transfer
Once ownership of a reflection has been transferred the original video owner will no longer retain any control of the copied version that has been transferred to the other user's account. This includes: how it’s used, edited, who it is shared with, and also they will not have the ability to revoke this transfer and take back ownership of that reflection.
Student Full Account Access
IRIS Connect is primarily a tool to enable educators, such as teachers to reflect on their practice to support professional development. However, there are many powerful uses for video within the education context. As such, we are happy to support full access accounts for authorised students (learners) to reflect on their learning e.g in practical subjects. Further information can be found here.
This feature is to allow the use of IRIS Connect and secure video recording to support learners in their studies with the approval of the organisation.

Whole Organisation Data Deletion
Customers who decide not to continue with their IRIS Connect licence are able to continue to access their data via a basic licence. However, if your organisation makes the decision to remove all their data from IRIS Connect then you can authorise this request via this form.
WARNING! Before you Delete
Please note: Once the form is returned and the data deleted you will not be able to recover any of your data.
Data deleted: All web platform data including accounts and associated uploaded content, inclusive of videos, comments and forms.
If you request that we destroy all of your data stored on the platform, please be aware that our standard practice is to continue to store a record of our relationship with your organization in our CRM system. This data is stored on the basis of legitimate interest so that we can best respond to any of your queries in future.
Disable 2FA Approval
In order to ensure accounts and data are kept secure, any requests received by the IRIS Connect support team from a user to disable 2 Factor Authentication on an account must be approved by the user's organisation administrator.

Move User Account Between Organisations
This feature is useful if a user has moved to another organisation and wishes to retain access to their recordings and data (comments, form, groups etc). If the organisation administrators both agree that they are happy for the data to be transferred then we are able to move the user's account.
Because this action is likely to involve data sharing between Data Controllers and possibly will have GDPR and safeguarding implications we recommend you consult with your Data Protection Officer before proceeding with this request.
