This guide will tell you all you need to know to use the IRIS Connect Record app. However, if you have not installed the app yet you can do so by following Record App download article here.
Contents of this article:
Software requirements
Apple devices: iOS 13 or newer
Android devices: Android 7 or newer
Android devices running 7 and above are supported, however, due to the vast number of manufacturers, models, and software versions, we haven't been able to test all combinations. Please get in contact with our support desk if you have any questions or problems.
Space requirement: At least 2GB of space
This should be enough for a 1-hour recording, but each device will record at a slightly different resolution. On average, devices will record at about 1GB per hour (this will vary from device to device) however it's important to note that the device will need double this space for the encryption process to be able to take place.
